Dynamic FLOW

45 minutes

Level: Intermediate


Dynamic Flow is a vinyasa style of yoga that is designed to build heat within the body. We believe that movement is medicine, and we try to enhance range of motion and flexibility through this sequence. Benefits include: increase heart rate, strengthen muscles, build endurance, improve flexibility and balance. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Pilates

45-60 minutes

Level: All Levels

Pilates is a low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout that promotes flexibility, mobility, and posture. It helps to work on smaller muscle groups, stabilizing muscle groups, and the core. Benefits include: increase core strength, improve posture, prevent injury, decrease back pain, improve lean and fat mass, and reduce stress. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Yoga Sculpt

45 minutes

Level: Intermediate

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Dynamic Flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Benefits include: increase strength, improve heart health, decrease fat mass, increase stamina, reduce stress. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Gentle Yoga

45-60 minutes

Level: Beginner


A gentle sequenced yoga flow that is modified uniquely to you and your abilities. If you are a new yogi or a yogi healing from an injury, this class would be great for you. Learn to honor and listen to your body in a trauma sensitive space. Benefits include: open communication between student and instructor, reduce stress, improved overall fitness and quality of life. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Chair Yoga

45 minutes

Level: Beginner

Yoga flow that utilizes a chair for extra support. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility, recovering from an injury, or working at a desk all day. Benefits include: increase strength and flexibility, boost mental well-being, reduce stress and joint-strain. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Yin Yoga

45-60 minutes

Level: Beginner

A meditative style of yoga that involves holding a stretch for longer periods of time. This class is most beneficial to those with back pain and those needing to manage stress. Benefits include: enhance range of motion in joints, improve circulation, increase flexibility, connection to breath. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Dance Fitness

45 minutes

Level: Beginner

Join our dynamic dance fitness class and experience the joy of movement like never before. Get ready to groove, sweat, and have a blast as our expert instructors lead you through a high-energy workout that combines dance, music, and fitness. It's not just a class; it's a party with a purpose, where you can tone your body, improve your cardiovascular health, and boost your mood all while having fun on the dance floor. No dance experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and let the rhythm move you!

Donation-Based Class

Level: All Levels

Yoga should not be limited to any socioeconomic class, as we firmly believe that yoga is for everyone. Please pay what you can, or bring a can of food to be donated to a local pantry, or pay it forward and partake in a community service project. This yoga class is for all levels. Benefits include: more accessibility to all income levels, reduce stress, community and comradery, and improve overall quality of life.

Begin Tai Chi

45-60 minutes

Level: Beginner

This beginner level class offers easy to remember tai chi exercises and does not require as much memorizing. Each week we experience enjoyable tai chi movement patterns. The fluid movement of tai chi offers a rejuvenating daily routine to practice which over time develops many health benefits. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.

Tai Chi Forms

60 minutes

Level: Beginner

Elaine Waters will demonstrate the choreographed tai chi routine that will be taught using “body mechanics” which allow this fluid exercise to be able to be used as a soft-style martial art. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class time.
