This is a yoga class designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Experience deep stretching and enhance your mind-body connection with multiple class times available throughout the week.

Spin Fusion

Spin Fusion combines high-intensity cycling with strength training for a full-body workout. Boosts endurance, tones muscles, and improves cardiovascular health. For all fitness levels. Must register in advance. Due to limited spots, there could be a waitlist and cancellation fee.

Yin Yoga

A meditative, healing practice with easy postures held for 3-5 minutes, enhancing flexibility and circulation by bringing oxygenated blood to targeted areas. Perfect for people with limited mobility, beginners, and those that live active lifestyles that need to slow down.
