Candlelight Yin Yoga encompasses more passive posture holds exploring them for longer periods of time encouraging the body & mind to give itself permission to cultivate calm and tension release. The room will be ambient temperature (this is not a hot class) and a welcoming candlelit environment. No experience needed to attend.
